Daily prices start at $79.99 for full and start at $89.99 for a queen.

Private Single Occupancy: $1,599.00 USD (20% discount-$319.80) = $1297.20
Private Double Occupancy: $1,699.00 USD (20% discount -$339.80) = $1,359.20
SECOND FLOOR: WEEKLY RATES:
Private Single Occupancy: $499.00 USD (20% discount-$99.80) = $399.20
Private Double Occupancy: $549.00 USD (20% discount-$109.80) = $439.20
THIRD FLOOR: Above rates with an additional 5% will be charged for third floor occupancy.

14% city tax + 1%Tourism District Assessment will be added to all weekly rates. 5% will be added for arrivals from June 1-August 31. $99 cancellation fee for any cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival date.

It is the policy of Elements Hotel Inc.,to require a security deposit in the form of credit card. In the absence of a credit card, we accept cash, cashier check or money order in the amount of $500.00. This sum will be returned to you upon your departure.
